What we look for
The right person matters more than a long CV
Screening checks
Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card) — or a willingness to obtain them.
First Aid & CPR
Current certificates are a plus, not a dealbreaker.
A car & licence
Helpful for community access and getting to participants — a plus.
Experience in disability or aged care is welcomed, but not essential. If you've got the right heart, we'd love to hear from you.
